Neuro ICU Registered Nurse

Role: Neuro ICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to neurologic and neurosurgical patients in a critical care setting.Perform comprehensive neuro assessments and manage ventilators and complex drips.Monitor intracranial pressure (ICP) and hemodynamics, responding quickly to changes in patient status.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Educate patients and families about their condition and care plans.Support a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.
