About the Role

Novant Health Medical Group is one of the largest medical groups in the nation. Offers resiliency training for providers and team members to prevent burnout. Established the ODYSSEY program to enhance the new physician and APP experience by empowering our providers to connect, explore and evolve within a culture of continuous learning and teamwork to build a high performing provider network.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary health care and perform selective medical services under the direction of practice physicians.
• Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Contribute to the education and training of other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state of practice.
• Experience in Neuro Critical Care preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
