About the role
Join our dynamic team as a key member of the Dolby Audio Solutions group. You will be responsible for developing cutting-edge audio solutions that enhance the cinematic experience for audiences worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop audio algorithms for Dolby Atmos and other advanced audio formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and designers to bring audio innovations to market.
- Contribute to the research and development of new audio technologies.
- Write and maintain technical documentation related to audio solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in audio engineering or related fields.
- Strong understanding of audio signal processing and acoustics.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, and/or MATLAB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Passionate about audio technology and its impact on entertainment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with audio hardware and software development.
- Knowledge of audio standards such as Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and Auro-3D.
Skills
- Audio signal processing.
