Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support and troubleshooting for customer network issues.
- Perform circuit testing, manage SD-WAN routing, and maintain devices within customer networks.
- Monitor ticket queues and escalate unresolved issues to ensure SLA compliance.
- Document all customer interactions accurately using provided ticketing toolsets.
- Mentor less-experienced team members.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain a Government Confidential Security Clearance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Technical Experience: Proven background in networking technologies (e.g., SDWAN, routing, switching, and wireless) as well as circuit testing.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal).
