About the Opportunity

The Network Strategic Operations Coordinator supports strategic initiatives within Network Operations, coordinating projects from planning through launch and follow-up. This role ensures alignment across providers, facilities, and internal teams while improving processes, operational efficiency, and the delivery of mental healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, implementation, and execution of strategic Network Operations projects.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and launch requirements.
  • Support initiatives from concept through post-launch follow-up.
  • Facilitate communication among providers, facilities, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and action items.
  • Organize project meetings and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Develop and implement processes supporting new initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Support reporting, auditing, and data tracking.
  • Coordinate launch readiness and post-launch monitoring.
  • Serve as a liaison between providers and facilities to address scheduling and operational needs.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to support successful project implementation.
  • Collaborate with Network Strategy and other teams to align priorities and communicate updates.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, project management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with technical platforms and operational workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced functions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
