We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Keep substantive info. We need to parse posting: It includes company description, why Black & Veatch, The Opportunity, Team Leadership, Circuit and Connectivity Management, Office Expansions..., Low-Voltage Cabling Coordination, Construction..., Inventory..., Procurement..., Vendor..., Financial..., Management Responsibilities, Preferred Qualifications, Minimum Qualifications, Work Environment/Physical Demands, Salary Plan ITS: Information Technology Service Job Grade 017, Benefits description. We need sections: About the role (maybe from The Opportunity description). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills (maybe combine skills from qualifications). Benefits (benefits description). Pay (Salary Plan). Schedule (maybe hybrid/flexible work options). We must only include sections if real specific content. Let's extract. About the role: The Opportunity paragraph: "The Network Infrastructure Services Team Lead is a key leadership role within D&IT and a visible face of technology delivery to the business. This leader will guide the team responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the ordering and deployment of network infrastructure across corporate offices and project sites, while building trust with business partners through clear communication, disciplined execution, and collaborative problem solving. The position oversees circuit management, structured cabling coordination, equipment logistics, inventory management, office expansion and relocation initiatives, and the deployment of network infrastructure for Black & Veatch corporate offices and project sites. Success in this role requires a highly accountable, service-minded leader who can anticipate issues, align stakeholders, remove barriers, and represent D&IT with confidence, professionalism, and passion for enabling the business." That's good. Responsibilities: The bullet-like sections: Team Leadership, Circuit and Connectivity Management, Office Expansions..., Low-Voltage Cabling Coordination, Construction and Project Site Deployments, Inventory and Asset Management, Procurement and Logistics, Vendor and Stakeholder Management, Financial and Operational Management, Management Responsibilities. We can list each as
  • under
. Should we keep subheadings? Probably just list each duty as a sentence. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can combine them into list items. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: "Minimum of 5 years experience as a Network Manager" plus pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check etc). Also maybe "All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations." We'll put that as list. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list: Bachelor's degree..., 7+ years experience..., 3+ years leadership..., Experience managing telecommunications circuits..., Experience working with vendors..., Strong project management..., Demonstrated ability..., Proven track record..., Experience supporting corporate office construction..., Knowledge of structured cabling..., Experience with inventory management..., Familiarity with network infrastructure technologies..., PMP, ITIL, or relevant infrastructure certifications. We'll list. Skills: Could extract skills from qualifications: project management, organizational, communication, ability to communicate with confidence, influence, represent technology decisions, accountability, follow-through, collaborative problem solving, etc. But we might not need separate Skills section if we already have Qualifications. However instructions: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes skills implicitly; but we could create Skills section summarizing those. But we risk inventing. Better to not create Skills if not explicitly listed as a separate section. The posting does not have a "Skills" heading; but we could still create a Skills section if we have concrete skill statements. However risk of inventing? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It doesn't forbid creating Skills if we have content. But we must not invent or summarize away detail. We could extract skill statements from Preferred Qualifications and Minimum Qualifications and put them under Skills. That would be summarizing but not inventing. Might be okay. However we already have Qualifications section; Skills could be redundant. Safer to omit Skills section. Benefits: The paragraph about benefits: "Our comprehensive benefits portfolio is a key component of this commitment and offers an array of health care benefits including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurances along with disability and a robust wellness program. To support a healthy work-life balance, we offer flexible work schedules, paid vacation and holiday time, sick time, and dependent sick time. A variety of additional benefits are available to our professionals, including a company-matched 401k plan, adoption reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, vendor discounts, an employment referral program, AD&D insurance, pre-taxed accounts, voluntary legal plan and the B&V Credit Union. Professionals may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus program. We are proud to be a 100 percent ESOP-owned company. As employee-owners, our professionals are empowered to drive not only their personal growth, but the company's long-term achievements - and they share in the financial rewards of the success through stock ownership." We'll put that as
      • items. Pay: Salary Plan ITS: Information Technology Service Job Grade 017. That's specific. We'll include Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: Work Environment/Physical Demands: "Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments." That's schedule info. We'll include Schedule section. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

        for each section heading. Use
        • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Already omitted. Let's craft. Structure:
