Network Planner, Supply Chain
About the role
The Network Planner, Supply Chain role involves validating supply network plans, coordinating with teams, optimizing product availability, resolving planning issues, managing disruptions, determining supply levels, interpreting data, developing contingency plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry practices.
Responsibilities
- Own and validate comprehensive supply network plans aligned with business goals to ensure optimal product availability across regions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align demand, supply, and operational priorities while maintaining continuity across the network.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve supply chain effectiveness by reducing costs and enhancing service levels. Lead ongoing process improvements, ensuring efficient operations through data-driven decision-making and optimized network performance.
- Oversee resolution of complex supply planning issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions with stakeholders. Manage mid-to-high complexity disruptions and bottlenecks to maintain operational efficiency and minimize business impact.
- Analyze supply, capacity, and performance data to develop actionable insights and translate them into production and supply plans. Present detailed reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Determine optimal supply levels, coordinate with suppliers, and adjust procurement strategies to meet demand and ensure continuity. Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
Required:
- 2+ years of experience validating supply network plans, optimizing product availability, resolving planning issues, managing disruptions, determining supply levels, interpreting data, developing contingency plans.
- Strong project management experience to manage multiple concurrent supply issues and drive outcomes end-to-end.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills while interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Capacity planning, scenario planning & analysis.
- Core network/supply chain planning capabilities.
- Nice to have: Inventory management, broader strategic planning and related analytical skills.
- Strong preference for AI experience and exposure to Databricks, data lake tools.

Pay
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $98,000 to $155,000. The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $87,000 to $139,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
