About The Role As a Network Performance Specialist at Verizon, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability and efficiency of our network infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate, evaluate, and resolve network and data performance issues, ensuring our customers experience seamless and high-quality service at all times. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and help Verizon maintain its competitive edge in the telecommunications industry. You will analyze service performance trends, identify root causes of service disruptions, and perform testing and analysis of key performance indicators. Collaborating with regional, area, and headquarters teams, you will coordinate technical investigations and testing procedures to troubleshoot complex network issues. Additionally, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and training to various markets and regions. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our networks using both traditional and innovative methods, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence. Resolving customer complaints related to service issues will also be a vital part of your responsibilities, contributing to Verizon’s reputation for superior customer service.
