Network/Operations - Technical Support - Sr
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, package and ship Windows and Mac laptops for new hires and existing associates.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets using asset management systems.
- Receive, inspect, and process returned laptops.
- Reimage and reconfigure returned devices according to company standards for redeployment.
- Hand-deliver laptops to on-site associates
- Perform routine inventory audits to ensure asset accuracy and compliance.

Monday - Thursday 7AM - 5PM
Friday is 7AM-11AM

About the Role
The IT Asset Management Technician is responsible for the deployment, inventory management, and lifecycle support of company-issued laptops. This role ensures associates receive properly configured equipment in a timely manner while maintaining accurate inventory records and preparing returned devices for redeployment.
