Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, package and ship Windows and Mac laptops for new hires and existing associates.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets using asset management systems.
  • Receive, inspect, and process returned laptops.
  • Reimage and reconfigure returned devices according to company standards for redeployment.
  • Hand-deliver laptops to on-site associates
  • Perform routine inventory audits to ensure asset accuracy and compliance.

MUST BE IN OFFICE 5 DAYS PER WEEK
Monday - Thursday 7AM - 5PM
Friday is 7AM-11AM

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional
  • Experience managing both Windows and Mac devices

About the Role

The IT Asset Management Technician is responsible for the deployment, inventory management, and lifecycle support of company-issued laptops. This role ensures associates receive properly configured equipment in a timely manner while maintaining accurate inventory records and preparing returned devices for redeployment.
