Network Medical Executive - West Coast

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing affordability and network performance
• Utilize market intelligence to uncover cost and quality improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with providers to tackle clinical and operational challenges
• Implement evidence-based programs to enhance care value and outcomes
• Work with analytics and finance teams for performance evaluations and interventions
• Advise on provider performance and strategic network developments

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Active, unrestricted medical license needed
• Board certification in an ABMS-recognized specialty required
• At least 5 years of clinical practice experience
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership or value-based care experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence across various healthcare sectors
• Strong understanding of healthcare economics and performance improvement

Pay

$212,600 – $354,300 annually
