Network L3 lead engineer

We are unable to sponsor or transfer visas at this time. *** *** No Vendors/3rd parties. *** Lead Network engineering and operational support across Cisco LAN/WAN, advanced routing and switching, wireless, and multi-cloud environments. Own complex incident escalation, technical standards, infrastructure optimization, and network reliability. Drive Aviatrix-based connectivity across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Responsibilities:Lead and mentor L1/L2 network engineers through technical guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing.Resolve complex network incidents as the primary escalation point within service-level agreements.Architect and optimize Cisco LAN/WAN environments across multi-site enterprise networks.Engineer routing, switching, wireless, segmentation, quality of service, and SD-WAN solutions.Operate Aviatrix Transit, Spoke Gateway, multi-cloud peering, and cloud security architectures.Maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures, technical documentation, capacity plans, and disaster recovery processes.Requirements:5+ years of experience with Cisco enterprise networking5+ years of experience with Advanced expertise in BGP routingHands-on experience with Aviatrix Controller 26-01133
