Network & IT Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage automation solutions to streamline network and IT operations.
• Combine traditional networking expertise with scripting and automation to support scalable infrastructure.
• Reduce manual effort and increase system uptime to meet growing operational demands.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement configuration management and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Maintain and optimize monitoring platforms for proactive network management.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in network engineering or systems administration.
• Strong proficiency with enterprise networking (Cisco, Juniper, Unifi, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with automation/scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Familiarity with configuration management / IaC tools: Ansible, Terraform, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
