About the role
As a network systems integration engineer within the NC3 engineering group, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for integrating state of the art network and security devices into critical mission systems in support of our nation's strategic deterrence mission.
Responsibilities
- Perform lab-based configuration of network equipment to support larger mission system integration
- Design, develop, and implement complex systems with a focus on networking and MBSE tools
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses, particularly in networked environments
- Develop system security documentation and provide system accreditation/certification evaluation and test support
- Utilize MBSE tools to model, simulate, and analyze system designs, ensuring alignment with project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and secure architectures
- Research and analyze data, such as vendor products, COTS components, and specifications, to determine feasibility of design or application
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
- 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience
- Agile experience preferred
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
- U.S. citizenship is required

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly report information relevant to sound systems engineering design
- Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle complex assignments efficiently
- Awareness of business objectives and the role of engineering in achieving these goals
- Skilled in communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions effectively
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation

Pay
Target salary range: USD $100,153.00/Yr. - USD $111,108.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
Schedule
This position is fully on-site with occasional opportunities to flex. While on-site, you will be a part of the Taunton, MA facility, with occasional travel needed to our Dedham, MA location.
