Network Install Technician *Clearance Required*
About the role
This position will require up to 90% travel CONUS and OCONUS.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic router and switch configurations to ensure network functionality and integration.
- Unpack, pack, and assist with the shipping of network equipment.
- Maintain and organize network racks and cabinets, including moving equipment as needed.
- Conduct inventory of network assets and test equipment to ensure accurate records and availability.
- Avoid troubleshooting and resolving network equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a lab environment in a safe and organized manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to update system data.
Requirements
- Education: AAS or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience.
- Technical certifications or coursework in networking is a plus.
Qualifications
- Security clearance level: Secret.
- US citizenship required.
