About the role

The Network Infrastructure Specialist II position is responsible for managing and maintaining the state’s network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security of data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement and monitor network security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot network issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on network equipment and software updates.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Document procedures and best practices for network operations and administration.
