About the Role

We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build the next generation of AI‑driven security systems — and we need experienced security practitioners to make it happen. As a Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst, you'll bring your hands‑on expertise to analyze, classify, and evaluate real‑world network and endpoint security scenarios. Your insights will directly shape how AI understands threats, controls, and failures in production enterprise environments. This isn’t theoretical work — it’s grounded in real operational data and has real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze network, endpoint, and email security scenarios across modern enterprise stacks.
  • Review firewall, EDR, and infrastructure security cases to determine root causes and what went wrong.
  • Classify incidents, misconfigurations, and control failures based on realistic operational data.
  • Create, label, and validate security training and evaluation datasets used to improve AI systems.
  • Clearly explain security issues, root causes, and business impact in structured formats.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience in network, infrastructure, or endpoint security roles.
  • Solid familiarity with firewalls, EDR platforms, email security, IAM, SIEMs, and enterprise security tooling.
  • Strong understanding of how real organizations deploy and operate security controls.
  • Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently on task‑based assignments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with incident response, threat hunting, or security operations.
  • Background in red team, blue team, or purple team exercises.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Prior work creating security documentation, runbooks, or post‑mortems.

Why Join Us

  • Work directly on frontier AI projects with top‑tier research labs.
  • Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule.
  • Freelance autonomy with meaningful, intellectually engaging work.
  • Contribute to AI systems that will shape the future of enterprise security.
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension.
