Network Engineer Team Lead
Position Responsibilities
- Own the full Data Center lifecycle, by designing, implementing and optimizing IT networks and cloud environments to ensure reliable operations.
- Oversee and develop a team of network engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, such as SD-WAN and zero-trust network access to enhance security and performance.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure the Data Center network architecture supports organizational security and business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field, preferred.
- 7+ years of network engineering experience, with 2+ years in a team lead or leadership role.
- Proficient in routing and switching protocols, such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and network monitoring tools.
- CCNA or CCNP certification preferred.
