Responsibilities
- Counsults on evaluation of network activities including requirements, design, development, documentation, integration, test, verification and validation.
- Develops appropriate measures to ensure product quality.
- Ensures projects and process control documentation are compliant with requirements, objectives and/or contracts.
- Reviews network design, change specifications, and plans against contractual and/or process requirements.
- Reviews include applicable specifications, materials, tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Provides or directs verification and validation of network requirements, traceability, and testability.
- Develops, publishes, and implements test plans for complex, multi-tier, distributed applications throughout the full lifecycle.
- Develops automated testing systems using commercial tools and data sets.
- Participates in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing.
- Assures the appropriate level of quality by resolving important defects through collaboration with developers and/or engineers.
- Designs and builds network services, equipment, and devices.
- Reviews and validates test plans and procedures to ensure contractual requirements are met.
- Develops and executes system requirements verification and customer acceptance tests.
- Conducts regular testing and analysis of network hardware and software to identify vulnerabilities and performance issues; documents findings.
- Develops, implements, and maintains quality control standards for network infrastructure.
- Maintains accurate records of network configurations, test results, incidents, and corrective actions for compliance and audits.
Qualifications
- High School diploma with 10+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
- DOD 8140 Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND).
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
- Understanding of Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions (RCCA).
- Familiarity with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods.

Salary Range: USD $130,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
