Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate network solutions across global enterprise environments (data center, campus, and security domains)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues with strong hands-on execution
- Drive continuous improvement of network reliability, scalability, and security posture
- Identify opportunities to optimize operations through automation and process improvement
- Collaborate with global teams (US, China, India, EMEA) on network operations and projects
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering or operations
- Strong early-career candidates with practical experience and fast learning ability are encouraged
Preferred Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and operating real network environments (not limited to theoretical or lab experience)
- Solid understanding of: L2/L3 protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EVPN preferred), Network security (firewall, segmentation, zero trust concepts)
- Hands-on experience with some of the following: Cisco, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5
- Experience supporting production or enterprise-scale environments preferred
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in applying AI in network and security operations
- Exposure to or practical experience with: AI Agents for troubleshooting, operations, or workflow automation, LLM-based tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) applied to real scenarios such as network troubleshooting and incident analysis, configuration validation and optimization, security analysis and anomaly detection
- Ability to translate operational challenges into AI-assisted workflows or solutions
- Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning mindset in adopting emerging AI technologies
- Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset
- Demonstrates continuous learning, especially in networking, security, and AI domains
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in global teams
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin – Chinese)
