Network Engineer III
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design network changes and implement configurations safely.
- Automate routine tasks and configuration baselines.
- Enhance monitoring, alerting, and packet level diagnostics.
- Execute upgrades, patches, and lifecycle refreshes.
- Troubleshoot incidents and drive problem resolution.
- Document standards, diagrams, and operational guides.
- Collaborate with security and platform teams on segmentation and access controls.
- May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), SD-WAN deployments, enterprise wireless (Aruba, Cisco WLC), and network security.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), Zscaler, ClearPass, and Infoblox.
- Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) and monitoring/observability tools (SolarWinds, Datadog).
- Effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to cloud networking constructs.
- Understanding of capacity modeling and performance testing.
- Preferred certifications: Cisco CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, Fortinet FCP, and Aruba ACSP.
Pay
Salary Range: $125,040 - $187,560

This position is eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
