About The Job
The Network Engineer III will support the C2BMC program and will be responsible for serving as a Network Development Engineer supporting build outs and deployments to the operational environment as necessary.

The Work You’ll Do
- Support the C2BMC program and serve as a Network Development Engineer supporting build out and deployments to the operational environment as necessary.
- Work within an agile scrum team and plan work based on customer requirements and program contractual agreements.
- Primary Network Engineer supporting the C2BMC Program.
- Plan, deploy, integrate, and test upgrades to the C2BMC network to operational sites.
- Travel to remote locations to lead and perform network installations, independently perform troubleshooting, and provide status updates to Program personnel.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Active Top-Secret (TS) Clearance required to start
- Active IAT Level II Certification (Security+ or equivalent) required to start
- This position requires a CCNA or JNCIA certificate
- Proven network engineer with hands-on mid-level experience and knowledge of network design, development and testing methodologies
- Understanding of the OSI Model, TCP/IP, routing protocols BGP and OSPF
- Network traffic analysis, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with firewall experience – especially Juniper, Fortinet, and Palo Alto
- Experience with UDP multicast, SONET, MSPP, VLANs, GRE Tunnels, and TCP/IP network designs
- Hands on experience with multi-vendor switching routing (Juniper, Cisco), WAN optimizer, TACLANEs, and optical transport equipment
- Effective communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills using Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Visio
- Collaborative and agile environment
- Understand standard DOD security practices such as, STIG compliance and system accreditation implementation efforts
Preferred
- Familiarization with virtualization technologies – NFV, SDWAN, VMware, VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX, vSAN, and Aria (Desired)
- Experience with network automation using Ansible (Desired)
- Prior C2BMC experience (Desired)
Salary Range
$100,000 – $148,000
