Responsibilities

• Own LAN infrastructure and operational excellence in a 24/7 SaaS environment, including troubleshooting and incident handling
• Lead projects focused on automation, network upgrades, and operational improvements
• Manage and configure security policies using Palo Alto, Panorama, and GlobalProtect VPN
• Support and maintain Cisco Nexus switches (9k/7k/5k/2k, NX-OS, NDFC, VXLAN/EVPN)
• Utilize automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Python to streamline network operations
• Monitor network performance using SolarWinds, Prometheus, Grafana, NetFlow, and SNMP
• Handle routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP/RSTP
• Collaborate on cloud networking tasks within AWS and GCP environments
• Nice-to-Have: Support VoIP/SIP peering, trunking, and SBC (Session Border Controller)

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience managing medium-to-large production networks
• Strong knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls (security policy design, Panorama, GlobalProtect)
• Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM, iRules, SSL offloading)
• Extensive experience with Cisco Nexus switches and network automation
• Familiarity with SDN, VXLAN/EVPN, and cloud networking in AWS and GCP
• Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS
• Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Nice-to-Have: VoIP/SIP peering and session border controller expertise
