Network Engineer – Field Deployment

About The Role Location: Remote – United StatesTravel Requirement: Up to 50–75% (project dependent)Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a motivated Network Engineer to join our growing delivery team. This role is ideal for someone early in their networking career who has hands-on experience deploying wired and wireless infrastructure and is eager to expand their skills across modern enterprise and large-scale environments. Our engineers work directly with customers to design, deploy, and optimize critical network infrastructure. Responsibilities Deploy and support wired and wireless network infrastructure in customer environmentsInstall, configure, and test Cisco and Aruba switching and wireless solutionsAssist with network staging, configuration, and on-site implementation activitiesParticipate in site surveys, cutovers, and post-deployment validationWork alongside senior engineers to troubleshoot connectivity and performance issuesDocument configurations, installation details, and as-built network diagramsSupport customer acceptance testing and ensure successful project completionMaintain a strong customer-first mindset in all engagementsTravel to customer locations across the United States Required Qualifications 1–3 years of hands-on networking experience (professional or strong internship/lab experience)Experience deploying or supporting:Cisco and/or Aruba switchingEnterprise wireless networksVLANs, routing, and basic network troubleshootingFamiliarity with network cabling, patching, and physical infrastructure installationStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow deployment runbooks and project plansWillingness and ability to travel frequentlyValid U.S. driver’s licenseValid U.S. Passport (preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Preferred / Desirable Experience Experience with any of the following technologies is a strong plus: SD-WAN deployments and supportNetwork Access Control platforms:Aruba ClearPassCisco ISEPrivate 5G (P5G) or cellular networking technologiesFirewall and security infrastructureCloud-managed networking platformsNetwork monitoring and troubleshooting toolsLarge campus, healthcare, hospitality, warehouse, or stadium environmentsBasic scripting or automation (Python, Ansible, etc.)Certifications are helpful but not required:CCNAAruba Certified Associate (ACA)Network+ What Success Looks Like in This Role Reliable execution of deployment tasks with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and documentation disciplineProfessional interaction with customers on-siteContinuous skill development across networking technologiesDependable team member who contributes to successful project delivery Work Environment & Culture We operate in a customer-first, delivery-focused culture where engineers take pride in building reliable infrastructure that customers depend on every day.
