Network Engineer

Troubleshooting and Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in large-scale enterprise environments
• Manage, configure, and maintain network switches and routing infrastructure
• Conduct network investigations and root cause analysis for incidents and outages
• Configure and manage firewall policies and security controls
• Design and implement virtual network (VNet) architectures
• Manage routing protocols and optimize network traffic flow
• Support cloud networking initiatives and hybrid infrastructure

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on network engineering experience
• Proven experience troubleshooting networks in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of switch management and configuration
• Experience conducting network investigations and incident response
• Solid understanding of firewall technologies and security principles
• Proficiency with virtual networks (VNets) and routing protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud networking in AWS or Azure
• Hands-on experience with Fortigate firewall solutions
• Knowledge of Zscaler Zero Trust architecture and implementation
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate)
