Network Engineer

Job Title: Network Engineer Work Location: California (Onsite) Responsibilities: Hardware architecture design for Next Generation of Router and Network switch product development. Actively working in High-speed interface design and analysis, including support 800G lines cards and other complex signal. Requirement analysis and Selection of key components for major interfaces like Processor SoC, DDR memory, GPU, FPGA, Network switch, PCIe Switch, Clock, Power management devices, etc. Work on electronic products through Hardware Architecture finalization, high level design, Critical components selection, schematics capture and Design Analysis. Providing PCB stack-up model and extract from tool to meet product PCB thickness, electrical signal speed, power architecture and trace impedance requirements. Performing Pre and Post PCB design Signal integrity analysis like clock Jitter analysis, High speed signal eye diagram analysis, overshoot and undershoot analysis, Crosstalk analysis, DDR Batch simulation and SERDES interface simulation. Performing Post PCB design Power integrity analysis like Voltage drop analysis, Current density analysis, Plane noise analysis, and decoupling analysis using DC drop and Current Density Analysis. Thermal analysis of hot spot components and find the correct material like Heatsink and thermal pad to dissipate the power. Closely working with cross-functional teams like software, layout, mechanical, Application teams to overcome the challenges and develop a robust product. Board bring up and validation of electrical testing for signal quality of the circuits. Design and validate Power management device, Stress testing system and board level functional testing to ensure product performance in all corner case work conditions.
