Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and software
• Configure and deploy Windows 11 laptops/desktops and Microsoft Office
• Set up new user accounts, reset passwords, and manage permissions
• Manage tickets via monitoring dashboards (ConnectWise, Automate)
• Maintain detailed daily time tracking for client tasks
• Support and maintain cybersecurity tools and solutions
• Ensure proper data security measures are implemented
• Document technical processes and procedures and recommend improvements
• Demonstrate initiative to learn new tools and take on new projects
• Perform additional technical duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and Entra for deployment and troubleshooting is preferred
• Strong face-to-face and phone-based customer support skills
• Ability to manage and escalate tickets effectively
• Experience with ConnectWise or other ticketing system (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with remote tools such as ScreenConnect or QuickAssist (preferred)
• Associate's Degree (or higher) preferred but not required

Pay

$70,000 - $80,000/year

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
