Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and software
- Configure and deploy Windows 11 laptops/desktops and Microsoft Office
- Set up new user accounts, reset passwords, and manage permissions
- Manage tickets via monitoring dashboards (ConnectWise, Automate)
- Maintain detailed daily time tracking for client tasks
- Support and maintain cybersecurity tools and solutions
- Ensure proper data security measures are implemented
- Document technical processes and procedures and recommend improvements
- Demonstrate initiative to learn new tools and take on new projects
- Perform additional technical duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and Entra for deployment and troubleshooting is preferred
- Strong face-to-face and phone-based customer support skills
- Ability to manage and escalate tickets effectively
- Experience with ConnectWise or other ticketing system (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with remote tools such as ScreenConnect or QuickAssist (preferred)
- Associate's Degree (or higher) preferred but not required
Pay
$70,000 - $80,000/year
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
