About the Role

As a Network Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, building, securing, and evolving the network infrastructure that keeps our organization connected and running at its best. You’ll work across LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless environments, with a primary focus on Meraki, supporting multiple data centers and remote locations across the U.S. You’ll be hands-on in bringing new territories online, coordinating network and ISP installations, and ensuring new locations are connected, secure, and ready to go from day one. You’ll also proactively monitor and optimize our network environment, troubleshoot complex issues, and identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

Network security is an important part of the role. You’ll manage and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and other security technologies while helping ensure our infrastructure remains resilient against evolving threats. Beyond the technology itself, you’ll be an important technical resource and partner across the Business Technology organization, collaborating closely with SREs, contractors, developers, Tech Support, Application Support, and security specialists to ensure our network infrastructure works seamlessly with the broader technology ecosystem. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior Network Engineers and other IT professionals, sharing knowledge and helping raise the technical capabilities of the team.

Technology never stands still, and neither will you. You’ll stay current with emerging networking technologies, trends, and best practices, bringing forward ideas and recommendations that help us build a faster, more secure, more reliable, and more scalable network. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving challenging problems, improving systems, collaborating across teams, and taking ownership of the infrastructure behind a growing organization.
