Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assess malfunctions of hardware, software, and system networks
• Propose solutions to Systems Administrator
• Aid in training staff on new and existing software
• Install and set up equipment, supplies, and materials
• Maintain and repair network hardware
• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop issues
• Provide resolution and prevention of security issues

Requirements

• Two to four years of IT related education or experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Firewall configuration and management (a plus)
• HPE/Aruba switchgear experience (preferred but not required)
• Must be a U.S. Person
• May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level
• Requires U.S. Citizenship
• Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information
