Network Engineer

About the role

Design and implement network solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks. Monitor network performance and identify and resolve network issues proactively. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide technical support. Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends. Document network configurations and procedures. May support additional network-related tasks, such as security assessments and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide technical support
• Stay current with the latest networking technologies and trends
• Document network configurations and procedures
• Support additional network-related tasks, such as security assessments and vulnerability management

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with poly clearance is required
• 2+ years of experience in network engineering
• Proficient in network protocols, routing, and switching technologies
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting network devices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
