Network Engineer

Our client, a leader in automotive technology and innovation, is seeking a Network Engineer to join their team. As a Network Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Vehicle Connectivity and Systems Integration teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, innovation, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Network Engineer Location: Scottsdale, AZ Pay Range: $52/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Develop, document, review, and execute hardware validation for Ethernet-connected devices Collaborate with design and system engineers to characterize the functional performance of vehicle Ethernet systems Work with suppliers to clarify requirements and review validation documentation Develop custom test assets, setups, and Python scripts to enable efficient testing Draft and present test plans, design reviews, and data reviews, ensuring thorough documentation and communication What's Needed? B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline 6+ years of professional experience in network testing and validation Hands-on experience testing Automotive Ethernet products and troubleshooting issues Experience using Ethernet lab equipment such as Ixia or Spirent Familiarity with IEEE 802.1AS Ethernet standards for Time Synchronization What's in it for me?
