Responsibilities
- Tackle advanced troubleshooting and forward-looking architecture
- Lead major upgrades and migrations across LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud environments
- Partner with cybersecurity to stay ahead of risks
- Support voice and collaboration technologies
- Document work for future reference and team knowledge transfer
Requirements
- 4–7 years of progressive experience in network engineering
- Expertise in routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP) and network security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, segmentation)
- Experience designing and implementing network solutions in enterprise or multi-site environments
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Industry certifications such as CCNP (or equivalent) preferred
