Description
- Support multi-platform, multi system network solutions.
- Provision and sustain network infrastructures.
- Diagnose network performance shortcomings and design and implement performance improvements.
- Develop, operate, and manage protocols, QOS, traffic shaping and policing on the network.
- Research and recommend advanced technologies such as software defined networking and infrastructure as code.
- Switch/Routing/ Firewalls (Layer2: InterVLAN routing, VLAN Trunking, Port security troubleshooting. Layer 4-7: Firewall/ Loadbalancer, Multi-Acustomer integration. Software Defined Network environments)
- Virtualization: Understanding VMware environments from Vcenter and Vsphere perspective, management and maintenance of virtual infrastructure at scale and multisite.
- General Knowledge of Cisco, VMware, ACI, NSX, Hyperconverged, NFS Storage devices and Data Center Technologies.
Requirements
- Top Secret SCI w/ Polygraph Required
- 12 years of experience or Bachelors +7 years of experience.
