Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot GTD5 switch issues and resolve hardware faults.
- Support customer calls related to circuit packs and alarms.
- Walk customers through changing circuit packs down to the shelf/slot level.
- Handle escalations and analyze Jira tickets.
- Provide translations and call processing support.
- Mentor junior team members when needed.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and updates.
- Participate in the on-call rotation every third week.
