Location: Chantilly, VA (fully on-site, no remote option). Active Poly clearance is required; candidates without a Poly will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network and system performance and provide troubleshooting and corrective action.
- Engage with local technical teams to identify system shortfalls and solutions.
- Implement technical solutions and update system configurations.
- Support triage of data and architect network and system solutions, including integration of AI/ML.
- Provide cyber operations support through network engineering and system administration duties.
- Analyze Sponsor business functions and maintain process flows.
- Participate in business tool development cycles and champion Sponsor development efforts.
Requirements
- Operations and Maintenance experience with Server-Client information systems.
- Experience with Linux and Windows server-client environments.
- Experience evolving customer Information Systems to meet emerging mission needs.
- Experience with global network integration and network operations.
- Experience with cloud data center environments.
- Experience with cyber operations.
- Experience managing and evolving organizational business flows.
- Ability to travel worldwide to low-risk environments.
Desired Skills
- Experience in worldwide datacenter deployments.
- IT support experience in overseas operational environments.
- Experience managing global data networks.
