About the role
The Network Engineer (L2 Support) will provide hands‑on support for network hardware, cabling, patch panels, and physical connectivity, working with routers, Catalyst and Nexus switches, Cisco WLC, and SD‑WAN solutions (Aruba Silver Peak and Meraki) in a data‑center environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on support for network hardware, cabling (copper/fiber), patch panels, and physical connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and maintain routers, Catalyst and Nexus switches, Cisco wireless LAN controllers.
- Support SD‑WAN equipment including Aruba Silver Peak and Meraki solutions.
- Work in a data‑center switching environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Network Operations.
- Strong on‑ground hands‑on experience with hardware, cabling (copper, fiber), patch panels, and physical connectivity.
- Excellent knowledge of routers, Catalyst and Nexus switches, and Cisco WLC.
- Good knowledge of switching in a data‑center environment.
- Knowledge of SD‑WAN (Aruba Silver Peak) and SD‑WAN Meraki.
