Network Engineer

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network solutions that support both on-premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 24 months of professional experience in network design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Proven knowledge of network security services, including firewall configuration, access control, and security best practices.
• Experience with designing and supporting cloud network infrastructure, particularly in AWS and Azure environments.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, network segmentation, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with network troubleshooting in multi-site and cloud-connected environments.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Verifiable references demonstrating professional expertise and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure network solutions for on-premises and cloud environments, emphasizing automation and high availability.
• Develop and implement network segmentation, access control policies, and security protocols to safeguard client infrastructure.
• Manage, monitor, and maintain network hardware including firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, wireless access points, and proxy servers.
• Configure and support security appliances such as Next Generation Firewalls, ensuring adherence to security best practices.
• Design, deploy, and support cloud network infrastructure within AWS and Azure platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, and connectivity issues across multi-site and cloud environments, including remote disaster recovery setups.
• Plan and implement Wi-Fi network solutions, integrating them into existing LAN and security environments.
• Support and administer cloud services such as Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Office 365, and Multi-Factor Authentication to enhance security and user productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide ongoing technical support.
• Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve service offerings.
