Network Engineer 3

About the role

Our client, a leader in enterprise technology infrastructure, is seeking a Network Engineer to join their IT Support Department supporting the core network infrastructure and data center operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft's enterprise on-premises data center network infrastructure and lab networking environments.
• Execute network move, add, and change (MAC) requests and operational work items independently.
• Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure support activities to ensure service reliability.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex network issues and document operational procedures.
• Support the onboarding of new services and contribute to strategic network initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise or data center network environments.
• Proven ability to independently execute network MAC requests and operational support tasks.
• Experience with network upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise networking environments and lab network infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex network environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Pay

$52/hr – $56/hr on Experis W2
