About the role
This role is within the Network Infrastructure Services team, which is responsible for automating and standardizing the network backbone supporting the company's multi cloud data protection platform.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Terraform modules to provision network resources across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, including transit gateways, VNET peering, cloud routers, and load balancers
- Write and troubleshoot Python scripts to automate IPAM updates, DNS record management, and firewall policy deployments
- Standardize cross cloud connectivity using native cloud tools along with VPN and Direct Connect configurations
- Manage and fix CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions to keep network infrastructure deployments clean and reliable
- Respond to internal requests for VPC and VNET changes, following established network as code standards
- Support day to day network operations across a live, multi cloud environment
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in network DevOps or cloud networking
- Intermediate to advanced Terraform skills, including state management and multi provider blocks
- Strong Python scripting ability for automation and API interaction
- Daily working proficiency with Git and GitHub, including pull requests, branching, and resolving merge conflicts
Qualifications
- Preferred/Bonus Experience with AWS Route53, Azure NSG, or GCP/OCI shared VPC configurations
- Familiarity with Direct Connect or ExpressRoute style dedicated connections
- Background supporting formal network as code governance or change standards
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience at a security or data protection focused technology company
Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is $52/hr to $83/hr. Actual pay will depend on experience and other qualifying factors.
