Network Design Analyst

About the role

Design, configure, and implement new OT network sites and technologies to support operational requirements and infrastructure growth. Maintain and administer OT network environments, including network hardware, systems software, and connectivity components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer OT network environments, including network hardware, systems software, and connectivity components.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, routers, wireless access points, cameras, printers, and user devices.
• Plan and implement network security controls, ensuring the protection of data, systems, and network resources.
• Configure and support VPN connectivity, routing, NAT policies, and firewall rule management across enterprise network environments.
• Perform network upgrades, disaster recovery activities, system backups, and ongoing optimization to ensure reliable network performance and availability.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience supporting and designing network infrastructure in an enterprise or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, including Cisco switches and Cisco firewalls.
• Experience configuring and supporting Fortinet solutions, including FortiGate firewalls and FortiManager.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs, NAT, network security, and firewall administration.
• Ability to design, document, implement, and maintain network configurations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and system-related issues.
