About the role
The role is responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop solutions
- Guide the team in adopting agile methodologies and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in software development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Pay
$75,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
