Network Architect

About the role

You will serve as a Network Architect, supporting enterprise infrastructure for a global workforce. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining software-defined and hardware-independent networking technologies, such as hypervisor networking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee voice, data, and video communication hardware.
• Develop new network systems and topologies, integrating customer needs, security constraints, and innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot network issues across multiple locations.
• Establish security procedures to protect against intrusions.
• Provide technical guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate hardware and software solutions.
• Participate in site surveys.

Requirements

• Extensive experience: 12+ years with a bachelor’s degree, 15+ years with an associate’s degree, or 20+ years with a high school diploma.
• Knowledge of networking hardware (Arista, Aruba, Plexxi, F5, Dell).
• Familiarity with security standards and performance monitoring tools.
• Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (mandatory).
• Ability to remain stationary and communicate clearly.
