We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a job summary and description. We need to use for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include a section only when posting has real, specific content. We have content for: Job Summary (maybe About the role), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Pay (salary range), Benefits (mention of benefits but not specifics). The posting mentions "Comcast provides best-in-class Benefits to eligible employees" but no specific benefits listed. According to rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It states they provide benefits but not specifics; is that enough? It says "Additionally, Comcast provides best-in-class Benefits to eligible employees. We believe that benefits should connect you...". That's generic, not specific. Likely we should not create Benefits section because no concrete benefits listed. Similarly Schedule: posting mentions "Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and maintenance windows as required." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
Pay: we have salary range. So include Pay.
Skills: they list Skills: Network Performance; Collaboration; Network Engineering; Scripting. So include Skills.
Qualifications: we have qualifications section. Could be Requirements or Qualifications. Use Qualifications heading.
Responsibilities: we have responsibilities list.
About the role: we have job summary paragraph(s). Could be About the role.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Also not include Job ID etc.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, disclaimer, etc. Also remove application instructions, etc.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all responsibilities bullet points, qualifications bullet points, skills list, pay range, schedule note.
We need to format responsibilities as

We need to format responsibilities as - each bullet. Similarly qualifications as list.
We need to preserve details like "This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship." etc.
We need to include the location: "This role is based in our Mt. Laurel, NJ office." That could go in About the role or maybe as part of summary.
We must not create sections with filler text.
Let's extract content.

But many of those are operating principles; they might be considered part of qualifications? They are more like company values. Might be considered part of qualifications? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include them. However they are not typical qualifications; but we can include them under Qualifications as bullet points.
Skills: list: Network Performance; Collaboration; Network Engineering; Scripting
Pay: Salary New Jersey Pay Range: $78,505.90 - $117,758.85
Schedule: Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and maintenance windows as required. (Already in responsibilities but we can also put in Schedule section.)
We must not duplicate content? It's okay if appears in both sections? Might be duplicate but we can keep in Schedule section only, maybe remove from responsibilities to avoid duplication. However responsibilities already includes that line; we could keep it there and also have Schedule section referencing? Better to keep it only in Schedule section and remove from responsibilities to avoid duplication. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep it in Schedule section and remove duplicate from responsibilities. However the responsibilities list includes that line as a bullet; if we remove it we lose that info from responsibilities. But we can keep it in responsibilities and also have Schedule section referencing same info; duplication may be okay but not ideal. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not prohibited. It's okay to repeat. We'll keep both.
Now Benefits: we have generic statement but no specific benefits. According to rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It states they provide benefits but not specifics. Likely we should not create Benefits section.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only.
