Network Account Executive

About the role

The Network Account Executive manages day-to-day relationships with provider network accounts across Washington and Oregon and serves as a business‑facing ambassador for IHCS, advancing the organization’s interests within the healthcare provider market and positioning IHCS as the preferred partner for value‑based home care services.

Responsibilities

• Managing provider relationship management activities including contracting, education, training, and customer service
• Executing network development strategies

Requirements

• Must reside in Washington or Oregon
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Development and/or Provider Relations; four (4) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts
• Knowledge and mastery of basic negotiating skills and contract language
