Network Account Administrator

About the role

The Network Account Administrator position is open for a hybrid role based in White Plains, NY. The role covers the weekend shift and one weekday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain network identities including creating, updating, and deleting personal information in the firm’s various provisioning systems.
  • Configure network, application, and distribution list access for accounts.
  • Deactivate network accounts for terminated staff.
  • Handle requests for changes of status, locations, and names.
  • Respond to requests for information about network accounts and access.
  • Work with the Network Provisioning Coordinator to improve procedures and workflow.
  • Provide assistance and support to network systems staff.
  • Aid in developing process and workflow improvements.
  • Maintain records of special account access requests.
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others.
  • Manage Firm resources responsibly.
  • Comply with and understand Firm operation, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of account and group management processes.
  • Thorough knowledge of Active Directory accounts, groups, and Exchange attributes.
  • Knowledge of database queries and reporting.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office apps (particularly Excel).
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrates close attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities independently.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team.
  • To use discretion and exercise independent and sound judgment.
  • Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs.

$95,000 - $105,000

Schedule

Weekend shift: Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., one weekday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
