Role Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to document current-state business processes and define future-state requirements
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional design documents (FDDs) and technical design documents (TDDs)
- Configure NetSuite to support business requirements including chart of accounts, subsidiaries, intercompany transactions, and advanced revenue management
- Design and optimize core business flows: Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR) and basic HR
- Develop, test, and deploy SuiteScript 2.x scripts and build SuiteFlow automations for approval routing and process automation
- Design, build, and support integrations between NetSuite and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, SuiteTalk, and third-party iPaaS platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, or similar)
- Lead data migration activities including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and import using CSV import, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, and manage releases through NetSuite SDF
- Develop end-user training materials, conduct role-based training, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Provide post-go-live hypercare support, triage production issues, and identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in NetSuite functional consulting
- Experience leading discovery workshops and documenting business processes
- Hands-on skills configuring NetSuite financial modules, including chart of accounts and revenue management
- Deep knowledge of core business flows (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
- Ability to translate requirements into detailed functional and technical design documents
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of driving integrations and optimizing end-to-end processes
