NetSuite ERP Advisory - Senior Associate

About the role

CohnReznick is seeking a Senior Associate to join the NetSuite team in our Digital Advisory practice. This position is considered remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy NetSuite ERP solutions for clients across multiple industry verticals
• Work in Managed Service environments supporting multiple clients with desired system optimizations
• Lead discovery workshops with clients, gathering requirements, documenting business process flows and design
• Perform system configuration, testing and training
• Work effectively as part of a team, driving towards a collective goal, filling the void, lending a hand; not afraid to speak up and provide guidance and direction when needed; ready and capable of providing mentorship where needed
• Provide business process and product expertise to client and implementation teams; build breadth and depth of knowledge across functional business processes and product modules

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline
• Functional expertise in one or more process domains: finance/accounting, distribution/supply chain (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay), manufacturing
• Expert in the use of various project tools and templates (Visio, PPT, Word, Excel, JIRA, etc.)
• Ideal candidates will have achieved NetSuite ERP Consultant certification
• ERP implementation experience or professional services experience required
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with consultants and clients and make impactful project presentations
• Team player, has worked in small and large teams
• Self-starter, driven, resourceful, and problem solver
• Driven by customer satisfaction, success and quality of work

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation or professional services
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and other enterprise software solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The salary range for an Advisory Senior Associate in Virginia is $80,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

Schedule

This position is considered remote, meaning it does not require job duties to be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.
