NetSuite Delivery Lead

About the Role

BDO Digital seeks an Experienced Manager to join the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team, supporting projects in EBA strategy, implementation, Business Transformation, and Operational Excellence. This role involves discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of ERP, CRM, and related business applications for clients in finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, sales, marketing, service, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, Requirements & Selection:
  • Define needs for existing and new NetSuite solutions.
  • Document enterprise business applications, related processes, and impacted personas.
  • Identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and critical business requirements.
  • Develop future state options for client evaluation.
  • Understand security structures and best practices.
  • Design scorecards for evaluating candidate business applications.
  • Create dashboards presenting quantitative and qualitative scoring of options.
  • Provide functional clarifications and set expectations for Technical Leads, Developers, and Managers.
• Solution Functional Design:
  • Perform functional (business process) solution design in NetSuite, ERP, CRM, and related contexts to maximize business value and agility.
  • Design Supply Chain Management processes, including Advanced Manufacturing (WIP and Routings), Advanced Inventory (Demand Planning and Lot Tracking), Work Orders and Assemblies (Bill of Materials), and Warehouse Management System consulting.
  • Analyze client needs, best practices, and propose business value solutions.
• Program & Project Management:
  • Support and manage aspects of business applications implementations.
  • Document and maintain project milestones, phases, elements, and budget.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activities.
  • Develop user references, documentation, and training materials.
• Implementation and Support:
  • Provide functional support for EBA solutions and related technologies.
  • Manage and resolve issues, defects, and change requests.
  • Perform systems configuration tasks (non-development) for process workstreams.
  • Provide ongoing support during and after project implementations.
  • Configure solutions based on requirements.
• Foster a positive demeanor, learning attitude, and client service mentality.
• Travel up to 25%, as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Own and drive completion of projects and key workstreams as directed by practice leaders.
• Manage projects and larger workstreams.
• Review the quality of team deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and eight (8) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems, or
• High School Diploma/GED and ten (10) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems.
• Eight (8) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application experience.
• Five (5) or more years of experience with NetSuite.
• Five (5) NetSuite Supply Chain implementations.
• Client-facing best practice consulting experience.

Qualifications

• One or more current business applications technology certifications (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
• CRM experience (NetSuite or Salesforce) preferred.
• NetSuite ERP experience (enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation) preferred.

Pay

Individual salaries are determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. Ranges:

• National: $125,000 - $180,000
• NYC/Long Island/Westchester: $125,000 - $180,000
• Maryland: $125,000 - $180,000
