NetSuite Consultant - Advanced Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a NetSuite Consultant - Advanced Manufacturing to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in mapping business processes, including analysis and design
• Analyze requirements and perform fit/gap analysis, providing recommendations
• Document all project engagements, including creating design and technical specifications
• Offer decision support by monitoring issues and risks, and developing mitigation plans
• Lead full life cycle NetSuite ERP implementations with a focus on technical and functional aspects
• Promote sustainability in workplace practices by supporting remote operations and digital collaboration
• Encourage paperless workflows and participate in recycling initiatives

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience working with NetSuite, especially in manufacturing modules
• Strong grasp of NetSuite WIP & Routing functionality
• Ability to effectively communicate and capture client manufacturing terminology
• Experience in defining and gathering requirements for manufacturing modules
• Knowledge of BOM structures and their relation to work order build processes
• Previous experience with advanced manufacturing implementations is beneficial
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time, including potential travel to the U.S. for client engagements

Pay

$140,000 – $200,000 annually
