About the role

Join our team as a Product Manager. You will lead product development, manage cross-functional teams, and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product features and roadmap
• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions
• Ensure products meet business goals and customer needs
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related roles
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools

Qualifications

• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, etc.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
