About the Opportunity

The NetCredit Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing inbound customer calls. This role contributes by directly addressing customer inquiries, facilitating payment processes, and maintaining accurate account information, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience and supporting the organization’s service goals.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing questions and providing service
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries, fulfill requests, and educate customers on products and services
  • Handle payment processing, create payment plans, and manage account-related tasks
  • Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication for customer service
  • Keep customer accounts updated with accurate information

Requirements

  • Experience in fast-paced customer service environments; prior call center experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with professionalism and empathy
  • Able to adapt and multitask effectively in high-volume settings
  • Comfortable with new technology and capable of working effectively in a remote environment

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.00. Additional compensation may include bonuses. All full-time employees are eligible for company benefits.
